CVCA announces Calgary as host city for 2018 annual conference Calgary, Alberta to host Canada’s premier private capital conference June 5-8, 2018 Montreal, QC – June 7, 2017 – The Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (CVCA) today was thrilled to announce Calgary, Alberta as the host city for its 2018 annual conference—the country’s premier event for venture capital and private equity investors and stakeholders alike. The CVCA annual conference is Canada’s must-attend event for professionals in private capital and is an exclusive opportunity to connect and collaborate with industry leaders in private equity and venture capital.This will be the first time Calgary has hosted the CVCA annual conference since 2009. The private capital ecosystem in Canada has evolved significantly since that time and the 2018 conference will reflect the exciting changes in the industry.
