Annual Reports

Alberta Enterprise Corporation (AEC) was established in 2008 as an arm’s-length body of the Government of Alberta (under the Alberta Enterprise Act). We are accountable to the Alberta Legislative Assembly and to the taxpayers of Alberta. 
 
We are required to produce an annual report containing audited financial statements concerning our operations and our investments. Our annual report also provides an opportunity to share updates on our annual activities and accomplishments, as they relate to our mandate. AEC’s fiscal year-end is March 31.
